Ciara O’Connor has almost 20 years experience as Neuromuscular Therapist and Massage Therapist.

Neuromuscular Therapy can help to reduce pain caused by muscle strain, spasms, or tension, as well as chronic pain associated with conditions such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. The therapy can also improve flexibility and range of motion, while releasing muscle knots and improving circulation.
