About on site massage
With today’s busy lifestyles many of us can’t find the time for a well deserved or therapeutic massage. Willow Wellbeing’s on-site chair massage is increasingly being offered by companies to their employees as part of their work/life balance initiatives.
We will arrange for one of our highly qualified massage therapists to arrive in your workplace. The therapist will set up their portable, ergonomically designed chair in a space designated by you with minimum disruption. You can choose from a 15 minute, 20 minute or 30 minute massage for your staff. The massage is fully clothed and no oils are used.
The massage focuses mainly on the upper body, neck and shoulders, is designed to soothe aching muscles and increase circulation, leaving you relaxed, yet energised and alert.
Individual advice is also provided on improving posture and preventing muscular pain in the workplace.
A fifteen minute chair massage can increase the well-being and health of your employees and help combat Muscularskeletal Disorders (MSD’s), Repetitive Strain Injuries, workplace fatigue, back pains and headaches.
As an Employee Benefit chair massage can be offered by companies as an occasional ‘thank you’ during periods of increased workloads and/or overtime. Alternatively, chair massage is offered as a regular benefit, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Chair massage can be fully paid for or subsidised by the company. Table Massage is also available should space and time allow.
