Ciara O'Connor is a Neuromuscular physical therapist and Sports massage therapist and owner of Willow Wellbeing.
Ciara qualified in Neuromuscular therapy from the National Training Centre, Dublin in 2005. She has also trained in Orthopedic Massage with James Waslaski.
She uses a variety of massage and alignment techniques focusing on the reduction of chronic pain and injury prevention. She has had great success in helping her clients with conditions from fibromyalgia to sciatica, reducing pain and improving range of motion.
Ciara has practiced for many years in the Tree of Life, Malahide and RTE's Sports and Social Club.
Available for morning appointments Monday- Friday only in Balbriggan.
